OUR TEXTILE PLANT
Our Textile Factory has installed recognized international brands of textile machinery to support each process step:
- Benninger Bentronic Warping machine
- CTMTC 2:1 twisting machines
- CTMTC Re-winders and Direct Cord Machines
- Picanol Looms (Omni/ Omni Plus, Gamma, GTX/GTM), Dornier Looms, Vamatex Looms.
- Liba weaving machines (Raschel fabric).
MODERNIZATION OF OUR TEXTILE PLANT
We have new Re- winder machines to couple 12 x 1000 dn – 12000 dn 2:1 twisting machines low friction to attend 500 tpm @ 6000 rpm. Direct corder machines – automatic doffing to attend 400 tpm @ 10000 rpm. Picanol -Omniplus 800 TC -Air Jet- Loom 1900 mm nominal width, 850 rpm, full automatic tucking-in system, winder for 2 m reel diameter.
